December 13th will showcase some of the most exciting prospects in world boxing during HUGE Boxing’s York Hall debut. The collaboration with Matchroom Boxing and their CEO Frank Smith will showcase undefeated prospects George Liddard, Paddy Donovan, and Jimmy Sains.
Jimmy Sains, a previous 4-time national champion and ABA youth champion at an amateur level, kicked off his pro debut in October 2023 with an emphatic 3rd-round KO. Since then, Jimmy has fought six more times, amassing a perfect record of 7-0 with 7 KOs. Jimmy looks to continue his impressive knockout run at 160 and be in line for the British title in an exciting 2025 for the prospect from Essex.
The most experienced fighter on the card, Paddy ‘The Real Deal’ Donovan looks to pick up another impressive victory following his 9th round knockout against Lewis Ritson. Donovan’s domination at an amateur level, where he amassed a record of 161-6 and 13 national titles, has well and truly transpired into his professional career. With a knockout coming in every one of his last 5 fights, Donovan has so far amassed a pro record of 14(11)-0 and is currently ranked #5 and #6 in the WBA and IBF Welterweight rankings. A World Title Eliminator is surely on the cards in 2025 for Paddy Donovan if he extends his winning streak at 147.
George ‘The Billericay Bomber’ Liddard fights as the main event of the evening. Debuting for his first time at the prestigious and legendary York Hall arena in Bethnal Green, George looks to end the night walking into 2025 with a double digit winning record. George looks to build on his exciting journey after knocking fellow English prospect George Davey down in the second and finishing him in the 5th. George brings a great crowd with him wherever he goes, so expect a packed venue on December 13th at York hall.
